Account Executive Position 

We’ve been creating a top-notch branding firm for five years now. It’s been a tremendous journey of learning, mostly through trial-and-error, and through it all we’ve succeeded at developing a branding firm we are proud of.

But there are still areas that we need to improve, so we’re looking for the right people to join us on this adventure and bring the expertise we need to make our firm truly outstanding.

Our sales department is our top priority right now. We’re looking for dynamic, entrepreneurial, and all-around great people with outside sales experience, and preferably some management skills and experience as well. You see, the team we put together right now will grow with us. It’s a ground-floor opportunity with an established business, which we feel is pretty unique in today’s market.

Here’s the details:

Overall responsibility

Find and acquire qualified clients for instructional workshops, coaching, and branding packages

Key areas of responsibility

Prospecting for new clients
 Meeting with prospective clients to identify their business needs and present branding solutions
Build attendance for quarterly Training
Sign qualified clients for Branding package    

Qualifications

Strong sense of customer service
Excellent written and verbal communication
Good planning and organizational skills
4+ years experience in outside sales
Proven record of sales/lead conversion
